Fractional level is a dynamic quantity merging both experience and level into a single floating point number. Such a number (e.g. 1.353 ) represents experience where fraction part is representing progress(35.3%) to next level (2.0).
Example of use:
Character level 1.0 gains 0.04 exp and level raises to 1.04
Formulas scaled by character level, accurately reflect current character level.
Merge experience into concept of level, reducing UI clutter(no Expirience meters/bars).
Experience gained needs to be scaled down with higher level for slower leveling progression(i.e. to gain first level takes 1.0 exp next level x1.1 or 1.0+x dependent on leveling curve). Example:gained_Exp/(CurrentLevel/Factor)
