D.Related to character level as modifier(+n per each level).
E.Via synergy stat(+N per each Vitality point)
F.by Skills level(+n per each skill level of Skill X)
vs Target-class (e.g. Demons)
vs Monster-class (e.g. vs Rats)
Only during time_period(night, dusk,dawn,day)
Only during weather_type(storm, clouds,sunny,etc)
Only in specific terrain(underwater, snow)
Only when stat X is full.
