Player-owned self-sustaining portal network
A system where players gain ability to links distant/near region by creating
A.Source portal (spell A)
B.Target portal (Spell B,available only when player has
a Source portal that has no target)
In practice player will travel two-way AB/BA establishing
a short route, which minimizes the run/walk/flight routines between two points.
Once created the portal gains extra duration for each
player passing through it.

example:
linking portal (duration remaining 30 minutes 5 seconds)
target location:temple of doom
gains 1 hour of duration per one player traveling through it
