Replay Verification

Replay verification is a server-side anti-cheat measure:
It can verify and check games(both single-player and multiplayer) inside a sped-up game engine without graphics.
Steps.
1.Player ends a game a sends a replay(i.e. action log) to server.
2.Server loads the replay into a sped-up game engine(typically x16-x32 faster).
3.If replay matches result, player score is updated. If not player penalty results(score or rank penalty)
4.Optional:players can dispute the verification to game moderators if they feel there is a mistake.

Genres where such replays are common are RTS, turn based games and platformers.
